Description
The mattifying and skin-smoothing primer balances unevenness and preps the skin for subsequent make-up application. Mattifying silica provides excellent hold and a velvety skin feel.
Application:
- Apply to the face using your fingers or a Foundation Brush N°4 prior to make-up application.
- Oily skin: apply the primer to the whole face.
- Combination skin: apply the primer to the T-zone only.
