Description

This tea ensures positive well-being for many people, especially after eating.
Thanks to beneficial ingredients like lemon balm and ginger, the tea has a relaxing and calming effect. A mixture of rooibos, lemon grass and yarrow flowers add flavour. Finally coriander and peppermint give the tea a burst of freshness.
Preparation:
- Pour 100 ° C hot water over the tea and let it steep for 5 minutes.
Note:
- Do not pour the boiling water directly onto the tea as it could damage the sachet.
