Description
The essential oil from the peel of the pink grapefruit is particularly suitable for cleansing oily skin. It opens clogged pores and can also be added to a massage oil and used to treat skin affected by cellulite. In aromatherapy, the oil is often used to energise the body and mind and to recharge empty batteries.
Directions for use:
- Mix the essential oil with some lavender oil and a moisturiser to massage the body and the face.
- Add a few drops to a diffuser or aroma lamp.
