Description
This oil is obtained from the green mint (also referred to as spearmint) and is used in aromatherapy for its refreshing and invigorating scent. It delivers renewed energy when suffering from fatigue and tiredness. Furthermore, the oil provides cooling properties.
Directions of use:
- Add a few drops to a diffuser during flu season.
- Drive away tiredness and fatigue by mixing the oil with lavender or rosemary.
