I hate overly strong perfumed anything. This is a simple, lavender smelling soap which I buy for my husband and it doesn't leave a fake, lingering smell and not too drying on sensitive skin. Unfortunately, I can't use any block soap on my skin as it's always too drying.

Extremely subtle fragrance

Along with two other brands that I purchased in soaps, I have given all of them a three star rating based on the fact that their scent or fragrance is so subtle that after bathing, you cannot tell which soap you used whether it was a verbena, lavender, patchouli or other type of fragrance soap. They do not compare to a top brand fragrant soap, like L’Occitane. When I came across these soaps, I was excited, they reminded me of L occitane soaps, thinking it will be similar in fragrance strength, but it was not. They lather very little, and to some, that might be a good thing.
Some people might prefer a very subtle scent, thus the three star rating so as not to discourage anyone from trying this product.
For me, I really need to have that “just bathed fresh scent” linger a few hours longer.
