Description
The Organic AOX® OPC Supplement is made from high-quality demeter grape seed flour from biodynamic farming. Since grape seed flour has a particularly high oligomeric proanthocyanidin content, it is one of the foods with the highest antioxidant capacity (ORAC value). It provides the valuable plant substances in combination with other micronutrients, such as fibre, accompanying plant substances and natural polyphenols, which are present together in the primary plant context.
Recommended intake:
- 4 capsules daily - corresponds to approximately 300 mg OPC
- Take regularly for at least 3 months.
Tips:
- Ingest with a meal.
- Combining the supplement with vitamin C (e.g. orange juice) can be useful.
- Do not combine with dairy products - this may impair absorption.
