Description
This bath additive is specially developed for athletes, as alkaline applications in the form of baths are highly recommended, especially after physical exertion. They accelerate the body's regeneration phase and make the skin supple and soft. The bath salts contain minerals, trace elements and activating gemstones dolomite, magnesite and rock crystal. Rügener chalkstone provides support with its revitalising and balancing properties.
Application:
- Full bath: Add 3 tablespoons to a full bath and soak for 30 to 90 minutes at a temperature of between 36 and 37.5 °C. It is best to use the bath salts twice a week and rest after bathing.
- Foot bath: Add 1 tablespoon as required to a warm or, in summer, cold foot bath and soak the feet for 30 to 60 minutes. Use 3 to 5 times a week.
Note: The gemstone bath is not suitable for use on the hair. Long and colour-treated hair should be tied up when taking an alkaline bathing.
