Description
Ashwagandha is considered a common component in Ayurvedic teachings and is also referred to as "Indian ginseng". The roots for this powder are sourced from certified organic farming and are gently ground. The powder is free from additives and fillers. This means that the product is natural and all the valuable properties and essences are retained.
Suggested intake:
- Stir ashwagandha powder into liquid, such as milk or milk substitutes (oat, spelt or almond drinks), or add it to a smoothie or food (muesli and the like) and enjoy.
- It is recommended to start with no more than 1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha a day.
