There is nothing wrong with the soap as a soap, but it is supposed to exfoliate which it does not do, hence the 1 star. I did not feel any granules when I soaped my feet. Perhaps the concept of an exfoliating soap is a bit wishful. I will use up the soap, but I will not be buying this product again.
