Description

This spray contains 100% natural Zechstein magnesium that is thought to be applied to these problem areas of the skin. Application:
- Apply to the skin and gently rub until absorbed.
- Rinse with water after 15 minutes.

First magnesium oil I've tried!
I am new to this type of product so I can't really compare... I can say that when applied I do feel some instant relief of mild to moderate muscle pains, although there is some skin itching that comes with it and there is some white residue that stays on the skin. But I've heard it's normal for magnesium oil and that it fades with time (I've used half the bottle now and still feel quite itchy)
