Description
Brew your own tea with the ground leaves and twigs of Mediterranean Cistus Incanus.
The teas are not only certified organic but are also manufactured in Germany according to pharmaceutical guidelines.
Preparation:
- Pour approx. 150 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of cistus (yields 1 cup of tea).
- Leave to steep for 5 minutes.
- The recommended daily dose is two cups (3 g) per day.
