This Eye Liner Pencil by GG naturell has a pleasant texture that is easy to apply. It is equipped with a small sponge on one end that is ideal for blending. The formula contains botanical and mineral ingredients, is water-resistant and nourishing.
Make-up artist tip:
- Apply to the upper lashline to optically thicken the lashes and accentuate the eyes.
- Draw a line along the bottom lash line and gently smudge it to create a smokey-eye effect for evening make-up looks.
