Application:
- Stroke the body in the direction of the lymph flow 2-3 times a week with the dry brush

Really amazing brush!
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
I have this brush and a slightly less abrasive one and love both. This is great for thighs, I would personally not use this one for my arms as it is a bit too strong but it's amazing for legs.
