Lovely product. The only reason I've given 4 stars and not 5 is that it's impossible to get any product out of the bottle if the temperature drops below about 30 degrees! I got around this by soaking the bottle in warm water and decanting the liquid into a jar with a wide lid. I think this would be perfect if it was in a jar instead.
