Description
The Organic Natural Defences Herbal Tea has been formulated for the first signs of cold weather and the change of seasons. It combines the properties of propolis, selected plants and spices. Linden blossom blends harmoniously with rosemary, ginger, turmeric and cinnamon, offering warm, spicy notes.
Preparation:
- Pour 200 ml of water heated to 80°C over 1 teabag.
- Allow to infuse for 3–5 minutes.
- Recommended daily intake: 4 cups
