I'm always somewhat reluctant to review a product that on getting along with so well, as I then find brands tend to change the formula/colour and ruin it (not to mention supply and demand increasing the price) altogether. But this foundation really does deserve its recognition. I haven't had any issues with the product being dense or forming into a mass as reported by other reviewers, so maybe this is a temperature/location issue?
Everything about this foundation is perfect, which isn't an easy declaration for me to make. It's the first natural foundation across Ecco Verde's range that I have found is the perfect colour match for my skin. I'm almost deathly pale with pink to slightly neutral undertones, and I wouldn't change a thing about it. So, Sante, please don't! No orange hues, the perfect pale pal for a pale gal.
The coverage is exactly as expected and is buildable. With most foundations, I find they settle into my smile lines, so this is not a knock on the product by any means, if anything it's a compliment as I just avoid the area, and due to its amazing colour match, it isn't the least bit noticeable!
I love that it isn't cakey, or overly matte. It has a beautiful sheen and also doesn't make my skin look flat. I rarely set with powder (although use powder bronzer, blush, highlighter, etc.) and I don't have many issues with longevity. I can get a full day's wear out of this and it won't look terrible by midnight.
Sits on the skin so beautifully and isn't tacky (stickiness is an immediate no for me!). Even with my mild acne, I'm able to use one layer of this and it covers so well.
I just have nothing but good things to say about it and have panic stocked up on them as I always worry they'll be removed from stock, cleared out the warehouse, or the formula will change.
Amazing stuff, and I hope it stays that way.
